Disclaimer
Seasonal factors are the responsibility of the client. Fill level may not exceed the top of dumpster. Dumpsters that are overflowing or deemed unsafe to tip will not be emptied and a tipping fee will apply.
It is up to the discretion of the driver/operator what is deemed unsafe. Dumpsters must be accessible at all times and the area must be clear from debris and objects. If the dumpster is inaccessible due to vehicles or debris at the time of retrieval it will not be emptied/picked up and a tipping fee may apply.
No dumpster shall be placed on public property. Dumpsters must be placed on the client’s property in an easily accessible area that does not obstruct any public access.
